Visitor numbers / locations
Forums:
It only took me a year to get the ClustrMaps back in the site, so we have a missing year in its records.
The visitor locations are interesting - see we had a visitor today from Saudi Arabia!
Not sure if these stats for pp.com are of interest, or constitute pure navel gazing!

[For the record, here's the statistics for the four odd years that the (need to register to access) panspeople.net was in operation (no info on the 2002-2007 panfans group of course).]

Stranded but happy
Interesting reading PanFan. I'm particularly impressed by the guys floating in the Mid-Pacific and off the coast of Madagascar but still dutifully logging into PP.com. Seriously though I think you deserve positive feedback on the universal appeal of the Website and it's once again apparent that there is plenty of interest in these lovely Dancers.

Hawaii?
Judging purely on the small map, I think the mid Pacific spot is Hawaii.
Certainly as far as locations go, I think the map just marks the location of main routers to the net, as I seem to be coming up as Glasgow, although I live hours away from there.

This is a very intriguing thread, I was just looking at the statistics for this website via Clustrmaps a few days ago, I noticed the one visit by somebody in Saudi Arabia, probably a foreign national working on the oil rigs there, ironically an act like Pan's People wouldn't be allowed to strut their stuff there because of strict cultural laws there!
I wonder though how the statistics visiting this website compares to OftDs, bearing in mind the latter's three months head-start against pp.com!

Yes, I'm reminded of the caption to one of the Dee Dee Wilde's Pan's People images I posted the other day, about how they were sent home from Bahrain half way through their six week tour in 1979!
Brazil and Argentina
Interesting that besides the Anglophone world and the rest of Europe, we seem to be quite popular in Brazil and Argentina. I wonder why?!
Quite amazing to see who in
Quite amazing to see who in the World is perusing us.Am I right in saying the main bulk is in the USA? & If so,I hope we are instrumental in finally getting Americans 'turned on' to the best modern-dance troupe of all time: 'Pan's People' !!.It's always a shame that P P were denied work permits for the USA in the early 1970s.Wouldn't it have been fascinating if Flick could have taken them to do cabaret & tv apperances in her home city; New York.
I think most are in the UK.
I think most are in the UK. I wonder if most in the USA are ex pats?
